Our Approach

At our clinic, we take a comprehensive and personalised approach to musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

We believe in addressing the root cause of your condition rather than just managing symptoms and are dedicated to empowering you with the knowledge and tools you need to achieve lasting results.

We utilise evidence-based practices and techniques to deliver high-quality care tailored to your unique needs and goals.

About ME

I'm Alexia (but everyone calls me Lex) and I'm a Specialist Physiotherapist. I'm a warm hearted and enthusiastic individual with a curiosity for life. Like most who have Cornwall in their hearts, I love the sea and any excuse to be in nature. Surfing is my passion and my grounding; it's taken me on many adventures around the world, soaking up a variety of colourful cultures, widening my perspectives and allowing me to approach life with an open mind.

I graduated from the University of West England (UWE) in 2021 with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy. I previously worked at a private practice in Bournemouth for two years specialising in musculoskeletal conditions, and I was the lead physiotherapist for the Dorset Multiple Sclerosis Centre. Additionally, I have a First Class Degree in Sports Performance and Coaching from the University of Plymouth (2011).

My memberships include: HCPC, MSCP and AACP for Acupuncture.
